Refund policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Apparel can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered in their original tags, packaging (if applicable), and with tags attached.
  • Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Return Timeframe:

  • Customers must initiate the return process within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact our customer support at info@thatish.store to initiate the return process.
  2.  The customer is liable to pay for return shipping.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
  • Store credit or exchanges may be offered upon request.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition. Damaged or altered items may impact the refund.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Restocking Fees:

  • A 10% restocking fee may be applied to returned items.

  • Custom-made items, items on sale, and items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

  • Once the original shipped item is return to us, inspected and accepted. The replacement will then be shipped.
  • All Shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless it was a mistake on our behalf

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
